Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for orders over $75 * 

Packages are sent via tracked courier. From dispatch, delivery typically takes 2-4 working days (please allow an additional 1-2 days for rural delivery).

For orders below $75 shipping will be:

North Island - $8.50 (NI Rural Delivery $12.00)

South Island - $11.00 (SI Rural Delivery $15.00)

* for Rural Delivery, orders $75- $99.99 there is a $5.00 shipping charge. Orders over $100, shipping is free.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.

For our Waiheke and Great Barrier customers please contact us for shipping costs.

We are currently only shipping within New Zealand.

RETURNS POLICY

We want our customers to be as excited to receive and use their bubble tea kits as we are when we send them out. We want to ensure that you have an enjoyable, easy, and hassle-free experience while using our website and when creating your own bubble tea. Equally, if there is an issue with your order that we need to solve, we want that experience to be easy and hassle-free too!

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your package. We must be contacted within 7 days and any items to be sent back to us must be returned within 30 days. We will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how to book the courier.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us by replying to your order confirmation email. Please tell us what the problem is, so that we can make any improvements to our products and service. Including photos would be great, as this may help us to understand the issue better.

Any returned items must be new, unused, unopened and in original packaging. Items must be returned along with the brown 'The Tea Box' gift box and this must be placed inside an additional box or protective courier bag to prevent damage during transit back to us.

1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED:

If we’ve sent you the wrong item(s), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will also send you the correct item(s) at no additional cost.

If an item has arrived damaged we will assess whether we require the item(s) returned. We will cover the cost of any return shipping and send out the replacement item(s) at no additional cost.

2. CHANGE OF MIND:

We can only accept returns of non-food items (i.e. shakers and straws). We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on food/drink products.

If you are returning an item due to change of mind, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by replying to your order confirmation email so that we can find the best solution for you. We will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how to book the courier.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear.

If you are requesting a refund:

You will need to pay for the return shipping costs.

Once item(s) are returned and have been confirmed to be in new, unused condition, unopened and in original packaging we will process the refund to your original payment method for the amount paid for the item(s). The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 If you are exchanging an item:

You will not have to pay for the return shipping costs (we’ll cover it!).

Once item(s) are returned and have been confirmed to be in new, unused condition, unopened and in original packaging we will process the refund to your original payment method for the amount paid for the item(s). The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will then process a new order and you will be charged for the new item(s) and any associated shipping costs.
